1. Scope of Services

Cascade Property Pros LLC provides landscape maintenance, enhancement, tree care, and holiday lighting services to residential and commercial clients in King, Snohomish, and Skagit Counties, Washington. Services are offered subject to availability, weather conditions, and property accessibility.


2. Estimates & Service Agreements

All services begin with a written estimate or proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing. Once accepted, this document acts as the basis of our service agreement. Changes to the scope must be made in writing and approved by both parties.


3. Deposits & Payments

For one-time material intensive projects under $2,999, we may require a 50% deposit to secure the scheduled service date. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.

For projects exceeding $3,000, we may offer individualized monthly financing options upon approval. All balances must be paid in full per the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to pay on time may result in paused services, collection action, or termination of the agreement.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your service at least 14 days in advance without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit if materials or labor have already been allocated.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work. If you’re not satisfied with the completed service, contact us within 5 business days of completion. We will review the issue and, depending on the scope of the work and what has been paid for, offer a reasonable correction or refund. Our satisfaction guarantee applies only to the original scope of work agreed upon in writing.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing clear access to the work area.

  • Securing pets and notifying us of hazards.

  • Informing us of underground systems (e.g., irrigation, cables).
    We are not liable for damage to unmarked or unnotified underground components.


7. Use of Your Information

We collect client information (name, email, address, phone number) only for communication, scheduling, and service purposes. We use GoHighLevel as our secure CRM system and do not sell or share your information outside of our company. See our Privacy Policy for full details.


8. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in all services performed, Cascade Property Pros LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of services rendered. This includes damage resulting from weather, pre-existing conditions, or unreported property hazards.

10. Service Area Limitations
