What's included in each visit?
Pruning per plan, clearance trims, detail cleanup, hard‑surface blow‑off, same‑day photo report, and green‑waste haul (up to 6 bags ≈ 2 yd³ per visit).
How do 48-hour touch-ups work?
Minor fixes between visits to keep beds show‑ready. If something we pruned misses standard, send a photo—weekday fixes completed within 48 business hours on in‑scope items.
Do I need a catch-up prune to start?
If overgrown, we’ll quote a one‑time “Set the Standard” reset so recurring visits stay fast and predictable.
What counts as storm cleanup?
We aim to respond within 7 days for pruning/cleanup. Heavy tree, crane, or house‑impact work is excluded and quoted as a separate project.
Is mowing or weed control included?
Not in pruning plans—by design for predictable results. Add our Lawn Care Pack for mowing/edging/weed control and we’ll quote it separately.
