- Shrubs/hedges up to 12 ft standing; no climbing. HOA approvals/permits handled by owner.
Is mowing or weed control included?
No—by design. Pruning plans stay focused and predictable. If you want mowing/edging/weed control, select the Lawn Care Pack add‑on and we’ll quote it separately.
Do you use chemicals?
No herbicides/pesticides in pruning plans. Bed refresh = mulch/top‑dress only. If you want chemical suppression, we’ll quote it via the Lawn Care Pack or refer a licensed partner.
What's the "Set the Standard" deep clean?
A one‑time reset to bring the site to our standard so recurring visits stay fast and predictable. Included in Signature; optional add‑on for Core.
How do quotes and scheduling work?
- Fixed written quote in 48 hours based on size/scope and your photos. After you submit, you’ll see the 15‑minute estimate calendar to lock timing (we adjust terms/features, not price)
- Choose monthly, prepay quarterly (save 6%), or prepay annually (save 12%). You’ll see the options on your written quote.
What are "48-hour fixes?"
If an in‑scope item misses standard, send a photo within 6 months of that visit—weekday fixes completed within 48 business hours. In‑scope items only; safety/visibility issues prioritized.
