Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

• • By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site. We serve Washington State only; all services are performed subject to separate written estimates/SOWs.

2. Service Information; No Guarantees on the Site

• • We publish general info only. Final pricing/scope/schedules require a written estimate/SOW signed by both parties. We use tools (e.g., Google Earth) for preliminary measurements; field verification governs.

3. Scheduling, Changes, and Client Responsibilities

• • Schedules are estimates. Weather, permits, access, utilities, and material availability may move dates. You agree to provide safe access, approvals, and accurate information.

4. Warranties & Risk Reversal (High-Level)

• • Projects: Satisfaction guarantee (scope and remedy defined in your SOW).
  • Maintenance visits: If unsatisfied, request a remedy within 48 hours; we will rework or refund that visit.
  • All other warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. Specific written warranties in your SOW control.

5. Intellectual Property

• • All Site content is ours or licensed. Don’t copy, modify, or redistribute without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

• • Don’t attempt to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Site. No automated harvesting, malware, or unlawful activity.

7. Third-Party Services

• • We may link to or embed tools (e.g., Google). Their terms/privacy apply separately.

8. Limitation of Liability; Cap

• • To the maximum extent allowed, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages. For service disputes, our liability is capped at the fees directly associated with the specific project or single maintenance visit giving rise to the claim.

9. Disputes; Arbitration; Venue

• • Governing law: Washington. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration through AAA in Snohomish County, WA. Class actions and jury trials are waived. Small-claims court in Snohomish County is permitted for eligible claims.

10. Changes

• • We may update these Terms; updated date controls. Continued use = acceptance.

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

• • This explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information from visitors and WA customers.

2. What We Collect

• • Identifiers/Contact: name, email, phone, referral name/source.
  • Property/Project: site address, project details.
  • Usage: basic site logs, cookie/advertising IDs if you consent.

3. Sources

5. Sharing

• • Service providers: GoHighLevel (CRM), QuickBooks/Intuit (billing), Google (Ads/Analytics/Maps/Earth).
  • Advertising partners: Google Ads (remarketing/conversion if you consent).
  • No sale of personal info for money. Targeted advertising/analytics may be considered “sharing” under some laws; your choices below control that.

6. Cookies, Ads, and Analytics

• • Non-essential cookies (ads/analytics) run only if you opt in. You can withdraw consent anytime in the Cookie Preferences. We honor opt-out requests submitted via the Cookie Preferences and respect browser Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of targeted ads.

7. SMS/Texting
