Landscape Maintenance

Routine Care. Predictable Results. Built for Year-Round Reliability

Proven Approach

First impressions fade fast without reliable maintenance.

That’s why our programs are built for more than looks—they’re designed to protect your property, prevent costly issues, and keep everything running smoothly year-round.

From crisp edges and healthy turf to clear walkways and proactive touch-ups, we manage the details that others overlook.

Whether you’re overseeing a commercial site or a home that matters, our work blends in—but the results stand out.

Best fit for properties that need:

  • Reliable, set-and-forget landscape maintenance in Snohomish County
  • Consistent mowing, pruning, and bed care instead of one-off cleanups
  • Professional appearance for high-end homes and small commercial sites
  • Priority scheduling and proactive touch-ups, not “when we can get to it”

Our Landscape Maintenance Services Include:

There’s more to a healthy landscape than mowing and cleanup. Our maintenance plans are structured to reduce surprises, protect your investment, and keep every corner of your property working as it should—season after season. We focus on the things that matter most: safety, longevity, appearance, and performance.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  • Lawn Care (mowing, edging, aeration, and more as needed)

  • Seasonal Cleanups (Spring/Fall debris removal and bed clearing)

  • Storm Debris Response (available for recurring clients)

  • Tree, Shrub & Hedge Pruning

  • Bed Maintenance & Weed Control

  • Irrigation Checkups & Seasonal Adjustments

  • Hard Surface Blow-Offs & Detailing

  • Property Reporting & Condition Alerts

All Cascade Care maintenance plans start with a one-time “Set the Standard” pruning and cleanup so we’re maintaining a clean, safe baseline, not fighting an overgrown mess every visit. After that reset, we keep everything dialed in on a predictable schedule.

How our Cascade Care maintenance plans work

We build a custom Cascade Care maintenance plan around your property’s size, plant mix, and standards. Most Snohomish County clients are on a 4‑week billing cycle with weekly or bi-weekly visits in the growing season and less frequent visits in slower months. You get a clear written scope, predictable pricing, and priority on the schedule as a recurring client.

Matthew and Parker were a hard working team, very knowledgeable, and provided a lot of possibilities. Cascade Property Pros were referred to us and we would gladly refer them as well.”

FAQs

1. How often should I schedule maintenance?

For most properties, we recommend a routine visit every 1–2 weeks during the growing season and monthly during slower periods. That said, our team will evaluate your site’s needs and build a custom plan based on your property type, plant mix, and presentation standards. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all.

2. What's included in a typical maintenance visit?

Every visit is tailored to your property’s schedule—but generally includes mowing and edging, blowing off hard surfaces, checking irrigation conditions, and spot-weeding priority areas. We also flag any concerns like pest activity, irrigation issues, or safety hazards so they don’t go unnoticed.

3. Do I have to be home during service?

Nope. As long as we have clear access and your property is secure, there’s no need for you to be present. We operate with professionalism and consistency—and you’ll always know when we’re scheduled. If gates, pets, or special requests are involved, just let us know during onboarding.

4. Can you do one-time cleanups or just seasonal work?

Yes—but availability is limited depending on the time of year. Priority is always given to our recurring clients, especially during spring and fall. One-time services are scheduled on a case-by-case basis, and require a walk-through and approval of scope before we can commit.

5. Do I need a contract for landscape maintenance?

We don’t lock homeowners into long-term contracts they can’t get out of, but we do set up a written maintenance plan so expectations are clear. Most Snohomish County clients commit to a full season of landscape maintenance so we can keep the property consistent. If your needs change, we just update the scope and schedule together.

6. What areas do you service for maintenance?

We focus our landscape maintenance routes in western Snohomish County, including Snohomish, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Everett, Lynnwood, and surrounding communities. Keeping a tight service area lets us show up reliably and spend more time on your property instead of driving.
