What's included in a typical visit?
Mowing, edging, hard-surface blow-offs, irrigation visual checks, and spot work in priority areas. We flag pest activity, irrigation issues, or safety concerns so they don’t go unnoticed.
Do I have to be home?
Nope. As long as we have clear access and the property is secure, you don’t need to be home for visits. We keep you in the loop with periodic photo updates (at least quarterly for maintenance clients), and for property managers or owners who need more frequent documentation, we can add before/after photos on every visit. If gates, pets, or special access are involved, just let us know during onboarding.
Do I need a contract?
Yes, we use a simple written maintenance agreement so expectations, pricing, and visit frequency are clear. Plans are billed every 4 weeks, and most clients run Cascade Care as a rolling, year‑round service so their property never slides back. If your needs change, we can adjust the scope or pause service between cycles.
For clients who already know they’ll be with us a while, we offer optional prepayment discounts: 6% off when you prepay 6 cycles, or 12% off when you prepay 13 cycles.
